Cryo and Galaxy hops give sticky over ripe mango, apricot, and passion fruit flavours. Citra in the whirlpool and Bru-1 in the dry hop add citrus and fresh zesty pineapple to balance. Lighter bodied than most hazy pales to cut back on perceived sweetness and create a beer you can drink over and over again.

India Pale Ale

Brewed in the style of a west coast IPA with a healthy hit of clean bitterness, Strata, Amarillo and Ekuanot hops give this beer some dank resinous flavour, and citrus fruits aroma, balanced with some earthy notes from Loral. This beer is backed up with a malt bill of Munich, Wheat and Chit to provide body and balance. Extra colour, chewiness and complexity comes from Voyager Voodoo Schooner Malt.

Dark Lager

A dark lager, with subtle notes of fresh roasted coffee, dark chocolate, balanced with sweet plum and raisin. Flavours drawn from Voyager Voodoo Schooner, Midnight Wheat, Chocolate Malt and a smidge of Loral and Hallertau Tradition give the perfect floral, earthy aroma. Clean cold ferment on lager yeast creates its light body and easy drinking
nature.
NEIPA
New England India Pale Ale

Everything you could ever need from a New England IPA. A big pillowy mouthfeel from a huge dose of both Voyager Malted and Flaked Oats while Chit and Wheat malt provide a final dose of protein heavy malts.
All layered on top of a Voyager Atlas Malt base. The hopping starts in the whirlpool with Citra Cryo, El Dorado Cryo and Strata, for big citrus, tropical fruits and dank flavours. Riwaka and Spectrum Citra are added
in the dry hop take the aroma to new levels with sweet tropical citrus fruits. Fermented with New England style yeast, this is a true beer lover’s delight.
Hazy Mid
Session Pale Ale
3.5%
Easy drinking, crushable New England style pale ale. Lower ABV without compromising on flavour and body. Good things can come in small packages. Aromas of light tropical fruit, including lychee, coconut and juicy melon with subtle citrus and floral notes. Light bitterness and high body for a full mouthfeel.
